Coaches are there to help you as a business leader to clarify your goals and encourage and challenge you to achieve those goals. So why would a coach need supervision?

I’d just like to stress the importance of having the right mindset so you feel confident in saying no. What you want to be left with at the end is the other person respecting your decision.

Most business owners are passionate about their businesses and love being involved in growing and developing their companies. At some point though you will need/want to exit your business, so you will need an exit strategy.

I’ve been running small businesses now for over 20 years – both my own and other people’s. If you’ve never run a small business, then please don’t try and tell people who do, how to do it.
